| CWShredder is a great tool that can fix several things.
The most common use for it at the helpdesk is its ability to solve
the "IE won't open" problem. It has the ability to solve
several problems though, and that list is located on the first part
of the program when you open it. |

Opening
this Program
will
depend on where you saved it to. There is no install process
to this program. I recommend you save this to the "Desktop"
for easy access. |

This
program is made to be a simple "one click fix" program.
When you open the program, you'll see the screen below. Click
"Fix".

When
you're promted to close all browsers, due so, then click okay. |
|

You'll
see the program scan your computer for several items. If it
finds it, it will repair it for you. The most common ones
I've seen are WinShow and MUpdate. When its finished, you'll
see the screen below. Click "Next"

click exit. You're all set. Yes! It
really is that easy!
