To keep my design and programming skills as sharp as possible, I try to complete a new project once every 3 months.

These projects tend to be for non-profit organizations, since I believe even those with money constraints deserve to have their efforts represented on the web in a professional fashion.

My next project will by an online bill tracking system. Since moving to Chicago, and no longer living in the residence halls of a university, I now obviously have several bills which need to be paid every month. Some, like the rent, do not send bills, and are just due on a given date. A way to keep track of what bills are outstanding, what has been paid, etc, will hopefully help alleviate some stress for the daily stresses.

My last project was for my last employer, Getzs.com. They were seeking an efficient, yet inexpensive method of taking the store inventory and keeping the inventory up-to-date. This was accomplished using PHP, MySQL and AJAX with the addition of several wireless barcode scanners.

Upper Peninsula Children's Museum		Completed January 2006
	The UP Children's Museum is located in Marquette, MI, with the purpose of provide a fun and educational environment for local youth. They have special events, programming, several exhibits, and a newspaper written entirely by local youth. As with the Mqt History Museum, this site was a complete redesign of the old, and provides a professional interface with a youthful feeling.

Marquette County History Museum		Completed July 2005
	The Marquette County History Museum offers the Marquette, MI community a variety of local and regional resources. They have several exhibits on Upper Pennisula history, as well as an extensive library. This site is a complete redesign of what was already in place. The goal was to reflect the professional, yet friendly personality of the Museum.

My Father's Business Tracking System		Completed February 2005
	My father's business is a group of individuals from a local church in Detroit, MI who help community members get back on their feet. They provide counseling, food, clothing, bible studies, prayer and financial counseling. The site allows for the volunteers to track the usage of their services and the needs of their clients.

US Olympic Education Staff System		Completed April 2004
	The need for a site to manage all of the staff's activities became apparent shortly after taking a staff postition. This site is capable of managing floor plans, airport runs, document of incidents and rounds logs.
